Surgical Services


The Memorial Hospital has two surgical suites, a dual bed recovery room, endoscopy suite and a Day Surgery Center staffed by a team of highly skilled surgical personnel.
The Day Surgery Center was established in 2002 for short-stay or same-day surgery as a convenience to our patients, providing premium surgical healthcare in a cost effective manner.
Our surgical services include such specialties as General Surgery, Urology, Orthopedics, Endoscopy, Ophthalmology and Gastroenterology.

The Anesthesia Department, with a combined 30 years of experience, is operated by Board Certified Anesthesiologist, Dr. Tammy Rice, and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, Mike Lyon. This team provides a wide range of services including general anesthesia, regional anesthesia, nerve blocks, IV sedation, epidural steroid injections for back pain, as well as labor epidurals.
