Welcome to The Memorial Hospital.
At TMH, we pride ourselves in taking care of you like family. As a community hospital, many of you know our staff as not only healthcare experts but friends and neighbors as well. We are dedicated to helping you, personally, reach optimum health, and to increasing the health of our community as a whole. Together, we’re stronger.
Several years ago, the community voted to build a new TMH and we happily agreed to provide the healthcare services you need most, right here at home. Over the years, we have expanded to include a variety of general care and specialty services.
Currently, we provide care from three facilities—our hospital, medical clinic and our rehab/physical therapy center. We’re also pleased to offer advanced orthopaedic care through our Northwest Colorado Orthopaedic & Total Joint Center.

Did you always want to be a doctor? I was a nurse for almost 10 years before I became a doctor. I worked in several areas from the psychiatric and pediatric floors to medical surgical and intensive care. In intensive care I had a patient that I took care of for three months and really got to know him and his family. That experience made me realize that I wanted to form more long-term relationships with my patients.
